The most people are set their profile image privacy settings to "Only me" so we can not see their profile picture in full image size. So here is simple step to see their locked image in full size.
- Go to the Timeline of person.
- Right Click on Profile pic. and select "open image in new tab".
- Then after you can seen the image on new tab.
- Now remove the s160X160 from the url bar and press Enter.
- Now you can see the full size profile picture.
